Nothing Is a Lost Cause: There’s Hope Amid the Rubble

What a month it has been at Old Stone Well Farm as a long-deferred renovation project on my 18th-century finally got underway.

And what lurked behind the clapboard was rotted beams. Yikes. I was a bit upset by this news, but I still managed to find a song in my heart. Yes, the singing was inspired by an event I went to on the songs of the Revolutionary War which took place in a fort that was once a rubble of stones.

Between the songs that spoke of faith and hope in a time of hopelessness and desolation and seeing how an old fort that was once a rubble of rock had been beautifully restored, well, I remembered that no matter what happens in life, all is not lost.

There is always the chance to rebuild. And so my friends, welcome! Pull up a chair and join me for a visit! Remember to like, leave a comment and share with a friend.

Blessings to you!
