Many of you have remarked how peaceful and happy I look. Thank you! It has been a long journey to get to the place I find myself in.

But what I have discovered is that we cannot take peace for granted. It is something that needs our safeguarding every day, because the world is filled of many annoyances that seek to rob us of our calm and our joy.
